IPOA chair Mary Conway appeared on East Coast FM this morning to discuss the NESC Report.
The report is of particular interest because the NESC advises the Taoiseach on policy and strategy. It states that more flexible rent controls will be needed to increase the housing supply.
This conclusion corroborates IPOA’s position that the unfair treatment of landlords is detrimental to both property owners and tenants alike.
