April Webinar: SEAI Grants

For our April webinar, we will be discussing SEAI grants. With a Building Energy Rating (BER) becoming a legal requirement for landlords, the energy performance of your property is more significant than ever. Improving the energy efficiency of your property can improve your property’s value, decrease overhead costs, and even qualify a property for a Rent Pressure Zone exemption in certain cases.
