If you are letting a residential property, understanding your legal obligations is crucial. Landlords are required to meet various regulations, and failure to comply can lead to significant fines and possibly criminal charges.

Our programme takes you through the lettings process from beginning to end, covering all aspects of tenancy and property management, whether you are creating a tenancy, dealing with rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, a dispute, ending a tenancy, complying with minimum standards, or ensuring the safety of your property. This course provides the knowledge and tools needed to confidently fulfil your responsibilities and avoid costly pitfalls.

The programme is of great benefit to landlords (those with one or multiple properties), agents, and property managers. If you have a family member assisting or taking over the management of your property, this course is a must for them.

We have enlisted expert speakers to deliver this comprehensive course, including a Senior Surveyor, Barrister, and Tax Specialist, each bringing valuable insights from their respective fields.

Our upcoming course is offered online over 8 weeks. Each session is 2 hours in duration and will be delivered midweek between 12 – 2pm. The course will commence on 24^th September 2025.

The online format allows you to engage with the material, ask questions, and interact with both the speaker and your peers, which is key to ensuring full understanding of the content.
