We would like to assure members that our services will continue to operate, our regular business hours may vary somewhat and we ask that you bear with us during these unprecedented times.

- Note that the IPOA Office is not taking any face-to-face or drop in appointments until the 30th March 2020. We will then reassess the situation and update you accordingly.
We would encourage landlords to engage in early communication with your tenants on any potential issues that might arise. We understand that there are growing concerns with regards to COVID-19 and possible Rent Arrears amongst other issues, we are working to provide you with further advice on these matters asap.
