A number of new Rent Pressure Zones have been designated on the 31^st August 2023.

These are the Local Electoral Area of Ennis, and

the Local Authority Administrative Areas of:          

• Kilkenny County Council;
• Limerick City and County Council; and,
• Waterford City and County Council.

 

Rent Review in these areas are now restricted and must comply with Rent Pressure Zone regulations.
