For your information, please be advised that the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) together with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) have published a ‘Joint Sector Protocol for Property Services Providers’ safety document, the aim of which is to facilitate the safe reopening of the property market in Phase 2 (8th June).

We urge members to prepare for the reopening and exercise caution in safely managing your business. We would like to remind members that emergency legislation is still in place and that we are not returning to a ‘business as normal’ situation.
