Accounts/Membership Administrator – Maternity Cover
An opportunity has arisen in IPOA for an Accounts & Membership Administrator to cover Maternity Leave. You will form part of a small team and will be working within a varied role.
Day to day duties will include the following:
Dealing with telephone enquiries into the office efficiently and effectively
Dealing with email enquiries and drop in queries from members.
Set up new Members/Suppliers/Advertisers on the system.
Issue welcome packs
Manage the Associations memberships database to ensure all information is up to date and accurate.
Ensure all memberships subscriptions are invoiced, receipted, and recorded correctly using the Associations accounting package (SAGE)
Ensure all sales items are invoiced, receipted, and recorded correctly using the Associations accounting package (SAGE)
Ordering company supplies and equipment.
Assisting with Events.

Strong customer service skills
Highly proactive with excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Good Excel skills
Ability to work to deadlines.
Must have: Basic Accounts – SAGE Experience
1-year Administration Experience
Desirable: Interest/Experience in Property
