IPOA welcomed 250 Members to the Aisling Hotel on the 2nd of July 2019 to receive information on new landlord legislation now in place. Janette Fogarty, Head of Enforcement and Legal Affairs with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) delivered a comprehensive presentation on new landlord legislation in place on foot of the Residential Tenancies (Amendment) Act 2019.
